Thanks for the rec love! This book was exactly what I needed!This book was set mostly in Hawaii and it's centered around Willow, semi-washed out actress, and Cooper, sexy surf instructor. The author does a great job in developing their relationship and on creating real, likable characters. We see the struggle that Willow has with drugs and the overwhelming need to use them to numb her pain, how she tries to mend the fences with her family and how to survive the paparazzi that want every piece of her. Cooper on the other hand is mostly a well-adjusted dude who has his own surf-instructing business. He's a bit of an over-achiever, but he would never choose between his career and the people he loves.Finally, it was a great journey: I loved seeing Willow become the woman I knew she could be and the epilogue was perfect!
